Ms. Rachael is a seasoned Project Management and Monitoring and Evaluation professional with a
decade of expertise in Project Management and Monitoring and Evaluation across development,
humanitarian, non-governmental, public and private sectors. Her focus areas include Data Management
and Analysis, Project Management, Financial Management, Gender Mainstreaming, Protection, Gender
& Inclusion (PGI), Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning, adaptive management, Strategic Management,
and Capacity Building.
Having worked in diverse thematic areas such as Market Systems, Horticulture, Food Security and
Livelihoods, Health and Nutrition, WaSH, Education, and Climate Smart Agriculture, Rachael has honed
her skills in developing participatory approaches and tools for community engagement. Her roles have
equipped her with the ability to offer guidance and technical support to teams and implementing
partners, effectively prepare and present project reports, and deliver training sessions while providing
technical advisory support to project staff.
Rachael possesses robust skills in developing and implementing Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) tools
and methodologies, overseeing M&E Systems and Plans, and conducting project surveys, evaluations,
and assessments. She is well-versed in facilitating the implementation of Measurement and Results
Management (MRM) frameworks and donor reporting.
Known for her dynamic and self-starting nature, Rachael excels in motivating teams to achieve project
goals. Her strengths extend to strengthening the capacity of NGOs, local companies, farmer groups, and
CSOs through innovative strategies and quality initiatives. She has a proven track record of winning
community support, building relationships, and coordinating Collaboration, Learning, and Adaptation
(CLA) activities.
Rachael has effectively utilized USAID's CLA approach, leveraging feedback from beneficiaries, partners,
and stakeholders to identify best practices, challenges, and areas for improvement. Her experience
extends to translating these lessons learned into informed strategies for future implementation.
Additionally, Rachael is proficient in data analysis and adept at generating project technical reports.
